Briana Texter
Briana Texter, Esquire, is a passionate and skilled attorney with a broad legal background encompassing business/commercial transactions, family law, and civil litigation. Briana earned a Juris Doctor with a concentration in Business Transactions from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where Briana demonstrated academic excellence, earning the “Dean's List” and “Honor Roll” honors throughout the entirety of the law degree program. Briana was awarded Certificates of Merit for multiple core courses, including Contracts, Torts, and Civil Procedure. This dedication to academic rigor was complemented by leadership roles, including serving as President of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Society, Treasurer of the Student Bar Association, and Editor-in-Chief of the Cooley Pillar Newspaper. Briana also regularly competed as a member of the Moot Court Board, where skills in oral advocacy were sharpened through competition.
Currently serving as an Associate Attorney at Potter Bayern Law, PLLC in Land O' Lakes, Florida, Briana has honed expertise in a wide range of practice areas, including commercial disputes and litigation, real estate disputes and litigation, and personal injury and property damage claims.
In addition, Briana has demonstrated a deep sense of social responsibility through volunteering as a Guardian ad Litem for Pasco County, where she advocated for the best interests of children in legal proceedings. This role reflects Briana's commitment to justice, equity, and the welfare of vulnerable populations.
Beyond law, Briana is also the Chief Executive Officer and President of Forefront Medical Billing Corporation, a role in which Briana has leveraged leadership and business skills to run a successful enterprise since 2018. This experience, combined with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Thomas M.
